Grape Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
- Grapes(Black) - 1 kg
- Sugar - 200 gm
- Cardamom (powdered) - 3 nos
- Cloves (Grambu) - 3 nos
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
Preparation:
- Boil grapes in 2 1/2 glass of water.
- Keep it overnight.
- Next day, grind it in a mixer or squeeze it with your hands.
- Remove the skin and extract the juice.
- Boil water in a pan.
- Add sugar and make it thick.
- Add cloves, powdered cardamom and cinnamon and mix well.
- Add the juice to it.
- Allow it to cool.
- Keep in refrigerator.
- Serve it chilled.
