Pazham Pori Recipe
Ingredients:
- Banana - 2 nos
- Maida 1/2 - cup
- Rice powder - 3 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Oil - for frying
Preparation:
- Make smooth batter with maida, rice powder, sugar, salt, turmeric and little water.
- The batter should not be more watery.
- Cut banana into thin slices lengthwise.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip each piece into the batter and place it on the pan and fry both the sides till golden brown.
