Tomato Egg Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
- Egg - 4 nos
- Tomato (chopped) - 4 nos
- Onion (Big, chopped) - 2 nos
- Green Chilly (sliced) - 4 nos
- Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - as required
Preparation:
- Heat Oil in a pan, splutter mustard seedsand fry the onions, and green chilly along with chilly powder and salt.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and vinegar. Cook covered on low flame until done.
- Break the eggs and pour it on the mix.
- Cook covered on low flame until the eggs are cooked.
- Serve hot with Bread.
