Tomato chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
- Tomato - 4nos sliced
- Small onion - 10 nos sliced
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Fennel powder - 1tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard
- Coconut oil
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander leaves
Preparation:
- Pour oil in a kadai.Then add the onion ad fry it for few min.
- Put the tomato and fry well. Add the red chilli powder,Fennel powder,Salt. Grind it well.
- Pour some oil and put mustard and curry leave.
- Pour the grinded paste in it and add some water if required.
- Garnish with coriander leave.
