Kerala Chutney Recipes

→ Coconut Chutney → Green Chutney → Mango Chutney
→ Onion chutney → Tomato chutney → Lemon Chutney
→ Prawns Chutney → Beetroot Chutney → Pineapple Chutney


Coconut Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Coconuts (grated) - 1 cup
  • Curry leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies - 4 nos
  • Ginger - 1 small piece
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste


Preparation:

  1. Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste, adding a little water as required.
  2. In a pan heat the oil and put mustard to fry.
  3. Then add the the grinded things to that.
  4. Serve this chutney with idlis or dosas.
