Green Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

• Green Chilies - 15 nos
• Coriander - 1 Cup
• Lemon juice - 1 tsp
• Sugar - 1 tsp
• Coconut Oil - 1 Tsp
• Clove Garlic - 1 no
• Asafoetida (Kayam) - 1 tsp
• Salt - to taste

Preparation:

1. Heat oil and add asafetida.
2. Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste using minimum water, in a mixer along with asafetida.
3. Transfer into a bowl.
4. Serve with dosas or idlis
