Chicken Cutlet Recipe
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 1 big
- Chopped ginger - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped green chilli - 3 nos
- Potato - 1 boiled and mashed
- Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Egg white - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - chopped 2 sprigs
- Salt - as required
- Cocunut Oil - for frying
Preparation:
- Boil the chicken in a little water and salt.
- When it is cooked and cooled, mince the chicken.
- Saute onion till it becomes soft. Add chopped ginger, green chillies and curry leaves.
Add minced chicken. Mix well. Add salt, pepper powder & garam masala.
- Stir for 5 minutes & remove from gas.
- Allow the mixyure to cool.
- Once it is cooled add mash potatoes & mix well.
- Make small balls with the mixyure & roll into desired shapes.
- Beat the egg white.
- Dip each cutlet in egg white & roll with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
