Kerala Breakfast Dishes

Rava Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Rava(Semolina) - ½ Kg
  • Black gram - 300 gm
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Green chili cut into small pieces - 6 nos
  • Curry leaves - 1 stem
  • Salt - to taste


Preparation:

  1. Wash and soak black gram for half an hour and then grind it.
  2. Fry rava and mix it with grinded black gram.
  3. Then mix green chili and curry leaves, keep aside for 1 hour.
  4. Heat the frying pan and apply oil on it, pour one ladle mixture on the frying pan and spread evenly.
  5. When it turns brown, turn the side and cook well.
