Beef Biryani Recipe
Ingredients:
- Beef- 1kg
- Basmati Rice - 1 kg
- Sliced Onion - 6 nos
- Green chilly - 12 nos
- Ginger paste - 2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 6 nos
- Ghee - 8 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - half tsp
- Coconut Oil - as required
- Corriander leaves - 50 gms
- Tomato - 1
- Curd - 1cup
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Kismis - 50 gms
- Cashewnut - 50 gms
- Garam masala powder-2 tsp
- Cinnamon - 4 pieces
- Grampoo - 6 nos
- Cardamom - 6 nos
Preparation:
- Apply garam masala powder and salt on meat.
- Keep for 30minutes and cook.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan.
- Fry onion, green chilly, ginger paste, and garlic paste.
- Stirring constantly until it becomes brown.
- Add chilli, coriander, turmeric and stir for 5minutes.
- Add sliced tomato and fry.
- Add cooked meat and curd to the gravy and stir.
- In low flame allow the gravy become thick.
- Fry rice in ghee.
- Add require water, cinnamon, grampoo, cardamom and cook.
- Make sure the rice becomes half boiled.
- Fry onion, kismis, and cashew nut in little ghee.
- Cover and cook the rice and curry one by one to a baking vessel for few minutes.
- After that pour remaining ghee.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, fried onion, kismis and cashew nut.
- Serve the hot biriyani.
