Ingredients
• Chicken - 1 kg (cut into pieces)
• Chilli powder - 2 tbspoon
• Coriander powder - 1 tspoon
• Chicken masala - 2 tbspoon
• Turmeric powder - ¼ tspoon
• Onion - 4 nos
• Ginger - 1 tbspoon
• Garlic - 1 tbspoon
• Salt - to taste
• Coconut oil - 2 tbspoon
• Coriander leaves - 1 stem
• Curry leaves - 1 stem
Method
Marinate chicken with 1 tbs chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tbschicken masala, Turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, Curry leaves and salt and keep it for half an hour. Cook it in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles.
Fry the cooked chicken pieces.
Fry sliced onions and add the remaining quantities of chilli powder, coriander powder and masala powder and fry for little time. Add the cooked chicken to it and mix it thoroughly.
